Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include any relevant packing slips before sealing the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
